Camp Kindness is not a campaign.
It is the philosophy behind how we design, build, and lead.
At Mantra Inspired Furniture, we believe commercial furniture should endure — structurally, environmentally, and culturally. Camp Kindness is our commitment to long-term thinking in a world that often rewards short-term results.
It’s a reminder that sustainability is stewardship.
That durability is design intelligence.
And that how we build matters as much as what we build.

THE ORIGIN
What if design
operated more
like a forest?
Camp Kindness was born from a simple idea:
Forest are patient. They grow slowly. They regenerate. They outlast trends.
In commercial interiors, we see the opposite too often: fast cycles, disposable materials, laminate of substance. Camp Kindness stands against that grain.
It reflects our belief in solid American hardwood, repairability, transparency, and evidence-based sustainability. It connects craftsmanship with responsibility. It ties material honesty to human-centered design.
This is not nostalgia.
It is long-term thinking.

THE PRINCIPLES OF CAMP KINDNESS

STEWARDSHIP
Our goal is longevity, not landfills.

BUILT TO LAST
Built to perform for decades, not seasons.

DESIGN WITH CARE
For people. For planet.
For future.

AUTHENTICITY
Prioritize transparency, material clarity, and measurable impact.

THE CULTURE
People at the heart of everything we do.
Camp Kindness shapes how we work together as much as what we build together.
We believe good design begins with respect — for people, perspectives, craftsmanship, and community.
That means creating an environment where employees feel supported, heard, and valued for who they are and how they think. We believe differing viewpoints strengthen outcomes, and that inclusivity leads to more thoughtful design, stronger collaboration, and better solutions.
From the shop floor to the design studio to the sales team, we work with shared accountability, curiosity, and care. We value transparency. We value empathy. We value evidence over ego.
Kindness here is not performative.
It is how we lead, communicate, and create.
