Your Mantra Inspired Furniture + Created Hardwood piece is covered by a 10-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.

Because solid hardwood naturally responds to changes in temperature and humidity, some movement, checking, color variation, and other characteristics of real wood are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

General Care & Maintenance

Do not place seating upside down on tabletops, as this may damage the surface and affect warranty coverage.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, stiff brushes, or anything that may scratch or damage the surface.
Never allow water or cleaning products to dry on the furniture. Wipe surfaces clean and dry after cleaning.
For everyday cleaning, use warm water, mild soap, and a clean, soft cloth.
Test new cleaning products in a small, inconspicuous area first.
Periodically check and tighten screws, bolts, and other hardware.
Repair chipped finishes with approved touch-up paint or stain.
Remove damaged furniture or furniture with missing glides from service until repaired.

Indoor Surfaces

Wood

For solid wood tabletops, seating, and other wood surfaces, clean with a soft cloth, warm water, and a small amount of mild soap. Remove any remaining moisture with a clean, dry cloth.

Good to Know: Avoid citrus-based cleaners on wood surfaces. They can break down the protective finish and may cause discoloration or damage over time.

Metal

Clean metal surfaces with a soft cloth using warm water and mild soap. When disinfecting is needed, use a gentle, non-abrasive household cleaner that is suitable for painted or powder-coated surfaces. Always wipe the surface dry when finished.

Good to Know: Do not allow cleaners or disinfectants to dry on the surface. Extended contact can damage the finish and make it more susceptible to scratching or chipping.

Even though our finish is restaurant grade, try to use coasters, placemats, and trivets to protect from heat and moisture.
