10-Year Limited Warranty

At Mantra Inspired Furniture, we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our sustainably made, American hardwood furniture. This limited warranty is our commitment to support you when products experience issues due to manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered

​

Mantra Inspired Furniture warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery when used under normal commercial conditions (single-shift, 40-hour week).

​

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

​

• Repair the product,

• Replace the affected part or product with the same or comparable item

 

Labor Coverage

​

Labor for repair or installation is not typically included in this warranty, especially if Mantra did not perform the original installation.
However, we understand that every situation is unique. Labor costs may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue.

What’s Not Covered

​

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper care

• Improper installation or use not aligned with product instructions

• Changes in finish or wood tone due to aging, UV exposure, or climate conditions

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, and dents

• Cracking, warping, or gapping in solid wood tabletops due to seasonal humidity shifts (see “Wood Disclaimer” below)

• Customer’s Own Materials (COM) or non-Mantra finishes

• Products used in rental, multi-shift, or outdoor environments (unless specified)

• Modifications or field alterations to the original product

 

Wood Disclaimer

Our furniture is made from solid American hardwood, which responds naturally to climate and environment. Small checks, cracks, warping, or shifts in grain appearance are natural and not considered defects. We recommend maintaining a climate-controlled environment between 68–72°F with 40–45% humidity to preserve the integrity of solid wood surfaces.

How to Submit a Claim

​

To initiate a warranty claim, you can either:

• Email us at info@mantraif.com with your original order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the defect,

• Submit your request through our online form at mantrainspiredfurniture.com/warrantyclaim
   

Our team will respond within 5 business days to review and resolve your request.

Limitations

​

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.

Mantra Inspired Furniture is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, commercial loss, or delays.

No other warranties, expressed or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), apply beyond what is stated here.
